Stuhrling Original’s Romance Collection houses our most delicately designed women’s timepieces, each individually thought up to capture the essence of femininity and beauty. Inside this collection, the Love Series is home to a group of watches that holds the Aphrodite name, a direct homage to the Goddess of Love herself, and the feature that makes these watches unique: the heart-shaped designs on the dial. The Aphrodite Charmed, however, both follows and breaks this traditional heart theme. At first glance you can see that the Aphrodite Charmed breaks the usual convention in that the executions do not describe the color of the watch, but the dial design. All three executions have the same colors, but the dials differ in the way the skeletonized mechanical automatic movement is exposed. You can see the usual heart-inspired theme in the “Bursting with Love” execution, where the heart-shaped cutout proudly displays the oscillating balance wheel that gives the impression of a heartbeat. The “Floral Freedom” execution features a daisy, a more subtle way of exposing the movement, but elegant and beautiful nonetheless. And finally you have the “Starlight Dreamer” that features stylized star-shaped cutouts that displays the movement in three different sections. Each one has its own distinct personality, and it gives you the ability to pick and choose which one will suit you best!
